Quarterly Business After-Hours
Our next Business After Hours: TBA Free Admission, Open to the Public, Cash Bar. The Chamber of Commerce sponsors a quarterly business after-hours for our members to gather and network with each other as well as show off their businesses within the community. Each member business has the opportunity throughout the year to sponsor the event while discussing their latest business accomplishments and showing other area businesses what they have to offer. It's also a way for our member businesses to kick-back and relax! |

The Chamber of Commerce has begun sponsoring Trivia Nights every other month! Trivia is open to the public. Teams can have up to 6 people and it's only $25 a team! Grab your friends and sign up for our next Trivia Night in 2020!

Summer Fest and Harvest Fest at Arsenal Green Park Fly-In at Malone Dufort Airport Vendors, Farmer’s Market, Food & Entertainment Saturday, June 13, 2020 – Summer Fest Saturday, August 1, 2020 – Fly-In Saturday, September 19, 2020 – Harvest Fest Please review carefully the following Vendor Rules: Exhibit spaces in Arsenal Green/Malone Dufort Airport will be arranged by the event organizers per the order of applications received or as appropriate. Rain location: For Summer Fest and Harvest Fest Malone Lodge of Elks. Booth spaces are about a 10’x10’. (You need to bring your own tables, tents & chairs). The cost is $20 for Chamber members. If you are a Chamber member and choose to do both the cost is $30. If you are a non-member and choose to do all 3 the price is $50. Membership info is on our website: www.malonechamberofcommerce.com Fee is non-refundable. Set up time is 8:30am – 9:45am. Tear down time is at 3:00pm. It is the responsibility of the vendor to collect and pay state sales tax. We reserve the right to have objectionable merchandise removed and to deny a vendor. Electrical power is very limited. If selling food, you must comply with Health Department regulations. If you are in the cooking challenge you can make your entry at home. The food will not be for sale and only for the judges to taste. Each vendor donates an item for the Silent Auction. To reserve a space please return the attached form with your payment. You can unload your goods in the Notre Dame Parking Lot, but you will need to move your vehicles across the street to the North Country Federal Credit Union parking lot. Do Not drive under or near the trees! |
