Education & Work Experience: I was born and raised in Malone. Graduated from Franklin Academy. I worked at SeaComm Federal Credit Union in Massena for 30 years. I retired in 2013 from the Collection Department and moved back to Malone. What does Malone mean to you?: I now volunteer at the Alice Hyde Hospital and belong to several organizations where I’m very active. Barry ArmstrongVice President
Foothills Art Society A teacher by day, Barry has performed in and organized various community events such as the Winter Carnival Revue, Krebashia Kingdom (a medieval Fantasy Faire,) Mystical Forest River Walk, and Franklin County Has Talent, serves on several other boards such as Foothills Art Society, Malone Revitalization Foundation, Ekrub Players and Sensational Ltd. When he’s not traveling with family or volunteering around town, he can be found with the love of his life, sitting in their garden by their little brook, enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Kim Duffey is an Associate Professor of Business and Department Chair at North Country Community College based in Malone. Her background is in law, government administration, entrepreneurship and (finally) teaching. Married to an artist entrepreneur for 30 years, her family permanently relocated from South Florida to the North Country in 2011. She is active in a variety of local organizations, including the Foothills Arts Society, the Chateaugay Revitalization Committee, and the Chateaugay American Legion Auxiliary.

Retired, community volunteer. Why I joined the Chamber: "I believe the Chamber can make a difference in the future growth of Malone. Growth not only means business prosperity, but making Malone a destination." What does Malone mean to you?: "Malone is my home and I want it to be a safe place that supports the well being of its citizens. Branch Manager Seacomm Federal Credit Union I was born in the North Country and raised in Malone. Graduated from Franklin Academy in 1996 and attended SUNY Plattsburgh. Coming from a long line of community driven family members it was only natural that I gravitated to a company that gives back to its community and that I personally support the communities that I live and work. I have been employed with SeaComm Federal Credit Union for 25 years and I currently hold the position as Branch Manager for our Malone branch. I have been the Town Clerk for the town I reside in for more than 20 years and belong to Hospice of the North Country Board. Malone is my home.
