Event Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
​

With the summer event season fast approaching, we would like to remind our vendors, including food/beverage trucks, that any cancellations or changes to events are not valid unless they come directly from The Malone Chamber of Commerce. If we ever need to change the scheduling for any of our events, we will reach out to our vendors, and you will hear from Mary Scharf (Chamber President) or Courtney Cooper (Executive Assistant). We look forward to seeing you at our amazing events this year!

Vendor Rules and Guidelines 2025

Please carefully review the following Vendor Rules & Guidelines: 
  • Exhibit spaces in Arsenal Green will be arranged by the Event organizers per the order of applications received or as appropriate.  Rain location: Malone Lodge of Elks. 
  • Booth spaces are a 10’x10’ section.  (You need to bring your own tables, tents and chairs). 
  • It is the responsibility of the vendor to collect and pay state sales tax.  Must have appropriate vendor license if selling alcohol. 
  • We reserve the right to have objectionable merchandise removed and to deny a vendor. 
  • If selling food, you must comply with Health Department regulations.  If you are in a cooking challenge you can make your entry at home as the food will not be for sale and only for the  judges to taste. 
  • (Event Specific) We ask each vendor to donate an item for our Silent Auction. 
  • To reserve a space please return the attached form with your payment. 
     
For Arsenal Green Events:
  • Electrical power is limited. 
  • You can unload your goods in the Notre Dame Parking Lot, but you will need to move your vehicles across the street to the North Country Federal Credit Union parking lot. 
Fees:
  • Members of the Malone Chamber are $20 for Summer Fest or the Fly-In.
  • Non-Members are $30 for Summer Fest if you register by May 9th, and $50 for both events if registered by May 9th.
  • Non-Members after May 9th will be $40 for Summer Fest and $60 for both events.
  • Non-Members for Fly-In only $30 before August 4th. After August 1st, $40.
  • Friday Night Concerts in the Park are open to any vendor free of charge. (Every Friday from 6 pm to 9 pm in July) 
 *Fee is non-refundable except in case of medical emergency.
