​VENDOR EVENT DAY INSTRUCTIONS

EVENT HOURS
Saturday, August 26th: 10AM-8PM
Sunday, August 27th: 10AM-2PM (The Gibson Brothers will follow the Fly-In at Sunday beginning at 4PM, this is a separate event, however vendors may arrange to stay through the show if they prefer to do so.)

Vendor Check-in:

• There is one way in and one way out during Vendor Check in.  See the Vendor Check-in map for detailed instructions. Vendors set-up time begins at 9am on Saturday & Sunday (if needed). Required: All items needed for set up must be staged at your assigned location and the vehicle moved off the vendor parking area as soon as possible. All vendor spaces are outdoors and are approximately 10 x 10.
• Electricity is NOT available in the vendor area. Generators are allowed in the Food Truck section only unless permission is granted ahead of time by the Chamber and the Malone-DuFort Airport.
• All vendors agree through their participation in this event, to have their booth space in full display and operational during the times designated for the event.
• Vendor arrival time 9:00 AM and break down time goes until 9:00 PM on Saturday and 3 PM on Sunday (unless you have arranged to stay through the Gibson Brothers concert that will be following the Fly-In at 4 PM. All vendors must be set up, ready to open to the public by 10:00 AM. Vendors will NOT be permitted to drive their vehicles into the festival area after 9:45 AM.
• Upon arrival, vendors must unload and move their vehicles to the designated Vendor Parking area, prior to setting up their vendor space.
• Vendor parking is located along the garage building as indicated in the map. The Vendor entrance is at the access road near the Willett Construction Building (shown right).

Vendors agree to:

• Provide all necessary items; signs, covers, etc. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs, tents and necessary equipment for a free standing booth. If using tents, they must be tied down.
• Vendors agree to have space completely cleaned by 9 PM on Saturday and 3 PM on Sunday (unless remaining through the Gibson Brothers show in which case vendors should be completely cleaned up by 7 PM on Sunday).
• No alcoholic beverages may be distributed by vendors without appropriate permits.
• No cooking or serving of food without appropriate permits.
• The Malone Chamber of Commerce, Malone-DuFort Airport, and the Town of Malone shall not be held liable for any loss or damage due to any cause. The organizers hold sole discretion over space allocation, special requests will be considered but not guaranteed.
